What is going on with me
Touch any ring. Keep a notebook beside you.
Six rings, read from the outside in. The middle is the need. Touch any ring to open it, sit there as long as you like, then go a ring deeper. Any ring can be the first one, and no clock is running. If you would like a suggestion, start with the body.
Keep a notebook beside you. The writing is where the work happens.
Nothing open yet
Touch a ring on the map and it opens here.
The order of the rings follows the emotion-focused sequence set out by Leslie Greenberg: attend to the body, put the feeling into language, tell a reactive feeling from the one underneath it, and find the need the feeling points at. Each feeling carries a bodily sense, an impulse, and a need.
The map describes and asks. It does not interpret, diagnose or conclude anything about you — that work belongs to you and the person you sit with. It is built to sit beside step work, gestalt awareness practice and analytic counselling without standing in for any of them.
What is missing?
A word that should be here, a region that sits in the wrong place, a translation that misses. The form opens in a new tab and asks for no name and no email.
Help it grow
The map stays free. Money goes to hosting and to writing more of it — new words, translations, explanations. Crypto is the one way to give that keeps the anonymity intact: no card, no email, no receipt with a name on it.
